Spatial Housing Organisation Plan (ΣΧΟΑΠ) - Revision of the General Urban Plan (ΓΠΣ) of the Municipality of Troizinia

The proposal seeks to determine building regulations, land uses, protected areas, and development zones for the region.

The analysis, processing, and rendering of the cartographic background we carried out using GIS. The main principles of the design were:

• The protection, promotion, and utilization of the natural environment

• The promotion and utilization of the area's cultural resources

• The sustainable residential development of the region

• The strengthening and retention of the primary sector
