At 38 Ypsilantou Street in Alimos, I.PATIDIS S.A & K.SARAFOGLOU E.E developed a seven-story building with an underground parking. The building consists of 18 apartments whicha are all classified as energy class A+. Each apartment has an underground parking space and a dedicated storage space. The facades of the building were shaped with two white rounded rectangular frames extended along the Z axis of the building creating an distinct layer that becomes the main design feature. At the same time, all balconies and openings are designed based on the Southeast orientation of the building, so that all apartments have an unlimited view towards the sea or Hymettus mountain.
